Ranking Startups Using DEMATEL-ANP-Based Fuzzy PROMETHEE II

In entrepreneurship management, the evaluation and selection of startups for acceleration programs, especially technology-based startups, are crucial. This process involves considering numerical qualitative criteria such as sales, prior startup experience, demand validation, product maturity. To effectively rank based on varying importance these criteria, a fuzzy multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) approach is needed. Although MCDM methods have been successful in handling complex problems, their application evaluating interrelationships from accelerator perspective underexplored. address this gap, hybrid DEMATEL-ANP-based PROMETHEE II model proposed study, facilitating ranking examining among factors. The resulting preference values numbers, necessitating method decision-making. An extension numbers using spread area-based relative maximizing minimizing set suggested to enhance flexibility existing methods. Algorithms, formulas, comparative analysis validate method, while experiment verifies viability model. final four projects A4<A1<A3<A2 which indicates that project A2 has highest comprehensive potential, followed by A3.
